Install the CLI

SignalFlag has released an open source repository for the SignalFlag Command Line Interface, the signalflag command, which can be used to easily access our API endpoints. Follow the installation and authentication instructions in that repo before continuing to the subsequent articles.

The CLI was previously called resim. The old command name, RESIM_* environment variables, and ~/.resim config directory keep working for now, with a deprecation warning. Migrating from resim lists the new name for each.
